As commodity, electric power can be sold to individual users through electricity sales company, which breaks monopoly of single electricity sales in power grid.

● Transaction mode:users can directly purchase electricity from power generation enterprises by means of electricity sales companies and with the help of third-party electric power transaction center to form settlement list. In addition, electric charges can be withdrawn and deducted by Power Supply Bureau, and discounts and returned electric charges will be shown in electricity bill of Power Supply Bureau.
