AKCOME Group attaches great importance to corporate social responsibility and public welfare industry, and has long been committed to the cause of PV poverty alleviation in China. The Group has participated in investment, development and construction of photovoltaic projects over 500 MW. Among them, the poverty alleviation power stations developed by direct investment are more than 100 MW, helping more than 5,000 poverty households. At the same time, AKCOME Group abandons the traditional one-off “blood transfusion” model of poverty alleviation and changes it into a sustainable “hematopoiesis” model. By huge investment in the construction of distributed roof power stations and small-scale surface power stations for the poor people in remote areas, it is not only favorable for promoting stable income and income increase of poor people but also favorable for promoting local economic development, increasing fixed asset investment, increasing taxes, and solving the problems of employment and GDP energy consumption. Up to now, AKCOME has signed framework agreements for poverty alleviation with 35 poverty-stricken counties and municipalities in China. The cooperation scope is not limited to photovoltaic poverty alleviation, but also covers overall new energy construction of each county and city, including power generation by solar energy, wind power, hydraulic power and biomass energy, charging piles, new energy automobiles, construction of smart power grids, and financing of capital construction projects.
